About the course
This training workshop will help to explain what OEE is and the three areas it covers Production- Quality – Downtime. It will also inform you of how to calculate OEE, how to define what needs to be included in the calculation and how to calculate BOB, which is Best of The Best – showing potentially what a process could run at. The outcome of this training will provide you with the ability to understand what OEE is, be able to define the measurements, carryout the calculation and identify area’s for improvement.
