A workshop to show why & how to develop a SOP – Though can be delivered as a stand-alone workshop ideally it’s best delivered linked in to the 8 Wastes workshop as any changes to process / procedures they make in reducing waste can be documented via the SOP workshop and incorporated into the quality standards / policy. This training will allow companies and employees to be able to develop a SOP and understand the need to correctly document changes
