"We have been working with NWBT to provide bespoke communications training to our team leaders and QA colleagues. Catherine and her colleagues from NWBT collaborate with us every step of the way to ensure we get exactly what we need, fitted around our production schedules. Our team leaders were so impressed with the level of training they received that they requested we have Catherine back to enhance the work she has already done. One of our team leaders said: "I now have the confidence to approach colleagues using the right phrasing for the situation to get the solution for us both. Catherine was great at giving us different exercises to focus on as a group and work together to get us thinking about how people react to what you say, how, when and where you say it, that you need to have those difficult conversations and not let them build up. North West Business Training made this training process easy and professional and was a success for us, giving us feedback every step of the way so we knew which direction to take next in our colleagues' continuous development.""

"The tutors and the coordinators were fantastic in helping to inform and guide me on what was needed to enrol. I am really enjoying my Project Management course and all the different subjects we’ve discussed. We use Project Management in every aspect of our lives without even realising it, and doing this course has really helped to improve the quality of my work. In my line of work, I support people into employment, and I also help to deliver health and wellbeing initiatives; the course has helped me to better understand the benefits of planned work and how to implement this, not just professionally but personally too."

"Burnley College were able to deliver a bespoke package of training to meet staff needs. The tutor communicated with me prior to delivery to understand the context of my job role as well as other colleagues who wanted to attend the course. The training was adapted to meet a wide range of learning styles and we were provided with adequate resources and handouts to take away. I found the training good value for money; staff were also provided with lunch and refreshments during the training. The knowledge and skills learnt during our two day training course has enabled staff to be better prepared during the project initiation phase. The learning was structured but informal which suited the needs of the group."
