You will develop and understanding of the principles of equality and diversity through this accredited online course.
This equality and diversity course is aimed at indviduals and employers alike who wish to gain further skills to develop careers and progress in their personal and professional development. It is suitable for those interested in social awareness and looking for diversity training within the workplace, the community or at home.

Assessment
On this course you will be assessed regularly and will complete knowledge questions to demonstrate your acquired knowledge and skills. For each unit a set of knowledge questions are issued as the formal assessment for that unit. You complete this through the online learning platform and receive written feedback from our expert tutors. There is the option to complete this paper based should it be required. You will need to pass all 5 units and ensure your answers to the questions meet the required assessment criteria.
